Store Policy & Returns
At Cocoglow Skincare, we operate a no refund policy, which means that exchanges, returns, and refunds are not accepted. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse and orders have been processed, we will not accept any further changes such as exchanges, refunds, or returns.
Processing Time
All orders take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping.
International Shipping
Please allow up to 5-14 business days to receive your international order.
Customs and Import Taxes
Cocoglow Skincare is a UK-based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, or additional fees charged by local economies for international orders (outside the UK). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for country import fees or delays due to customs.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping addresses once submitted.
If an order is shipped to an inaccurate address, we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Lost / Missing Deliveries
If delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, we cannot send out a replacement. Please file a claim with the courier prior to contacting us and provide your claim number.
UK Deliveries: If not arrived and tracking hasn't updated for 10+ days, contact us.
International Deliveries: If not received after 30 business days, please check with your local courier to file a claim.
